MECQ VISITOR PROTOCOLS

To Our Valued Clients:

The physical offices of The Law Office of Flores and Ofrin are now open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the receiving of documents and other mailing matters. While the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine is in place, we will be observing the following protocols:

  1. No face-to-face meetings will be accepted for the time being. Our lawyers are available through phone or e-mail. Face-to-face meetings will be accepted only under extremely necessary and urgent circumstances.

  2. We will accept teleconference/video conference meetings through an agreed upon channel from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  3. Any matter that requires liaison with government agencies will be accommodated, as long as such government agencies remain open.

  4. All visitors must wear facemasks at all times.

 We are confident that we as a community will be able to overcome these trying times. We wish you good health in the days and months to come.
